During my Easter trip to Brisbane, I had a spacious 2-bedroom apartment with a full kitchen, 2 bathrooms, and a great lounge. The aircon and heating system were perfect for the cold nights, and the apartment had its own laundry room. the location was very convenient with key attractions nearby.

The windows in the room were not safe for children as they could fully open and potentially cause harm. , the hotel staff lacked training and communication skills, resulting in confusion about parking and internet charges.

During our stay over New Year's, we enjoyed having plenty of space in our apartment, as well as a large balcony with great views. The location was perfect for our needs, being within walking distance of popular attractions. We also appreciated having a fully equipped kitchen, which saved us money on dining out.

There were a few negatives to our stay. The air conditioning in one of the bedrooms did not work well, and the room was uncomfortably hot.

We stayed with our family and found it was a great place to stay. Location was convenient and close to most things we wanted to do. The layout of the 2 bedroom apartment was really good and suited our family well. Staff were always very friendly and helpful. Most days the room was well serviced.

The staff where great. Walking distance to everything we wanted.The room was a great size for six of us.

This place is close to everything, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The location couldn't be better! We loved the spacious rooms and the amazing views. The room was clean and well-equipped with all the amenities we needed, from the kitchen to the laundry facilities. The staff was helpful, and we even received a box of chocolates for Christmas. The hotel also had great leisure facilities, including a swimming pool, sauna, and BBQ area. we had a fantastic stay here.

The staff wasn't too friendly when we requested a transfer to a higher level, but we understood that it was fully booked. However, we would still highly recommend this hotel to our family and friends.

We did have a room where ther front door led onto to the car park - but at least it was convenient when unpacking and packing car. Hotel was not signposted very well

The position was fantastic. With the pool and the gym it had great amenities.. The unit was spacious and very comfortable.

Our washing machine was broken and wasn't fixed. The staff did try but not working and was annoying. Four people staying and there needed another chair in the lounge room. Minor. Other than that it was great.

I had a wonderful stay here. The location was central and the apartment was spacious and comfortable. The staff, both at reception and cleaning, were friendly and accommodating with check-in and check-out times.

One of the lifts was out of order at check-out time on the day we were leaving and we waited a good 20 minutes for a lift with any room for more passengers.

Its location and proximity to the city centre. Our apartment had a great view across the river to Kangaroo Point. Particularly good at night. Great having a balcony and great having 2 bathrooms in the 2 bedroom apartment.
